The PASS ID (S1261) legislation that was introduced in committee this month needs to face strong opposition. Our reasons for opposition of the PASS ID are well documented within this website, however, we will mention them again here. Plus, we will lay out our strategy for opposition of both the Real ID and the PASS ID. Further, we will discuss the events which took place this month.

There exists a fear mongering element within the shelter of our government. This small elite collective body of agents is dedicated to ensuring the elimination of a free people's society. They are a meager force minority who utilize the veil of government, law, and societal pressures to wage their growing sins against the people whom they wish to dominate. Through the spawning, breeding, and feeding of fear they capitalize support for their cause. Support which comes from even those who would soon fall victim to their domination.

Many of today's society choose not to vote in public elections. Some can quote the statistics from the last ball game or the statistics of each player on the team. Some can quote their favorite food recipe. Others can quote chapter and verse from the bible. Yet, they are unable to discuss the statistics of who voted for/against the last law that just got passed. They are, in fact and in many cases, unaware that a law just got passed. They seem uninterested and detached from things that will impact them each and every day of their life.

The game, recipe, and bible perhaps carry an immediately definable impact upon our lives. Perhaps that is the answer to the importance of each. Certainly, many of us lead up-standing clean law abiding lives and should have nothing to fear by the passage of each and every new law. Laws are to protect us from the criminal element, right? Laws are instituted in order to restore calm within our society.

Have we noticed that when fear is spawned, that new laws are immediately instituted? Often then, well meaning agencies capitalize on each new fear by readily providing new regulations to address these fears. Thereby, laws expand by the boundaries of the rules expounded by each such agency. Therein, laws grow legs, so to say, that allow them to expand upon their initial intended boundaries to perhaps control way more than first intended.

One could continue this line of thought to great length. Certainly, it is not my intent to delineate every facet of our society; they have university courses and degrees in such studies if one is interested in learning more.

Suffice it to say, our society is definable, predictable, and controllable. It is these vulnerabilities of a free society that lend themselves to manipulation by a well positioned few.

Let's divert ourselves now, from the premise which makes control possible, to the actual controls that are being implemented. The grand-daddy of all control would be one which allowed the few to oversee the many. This vision is made reality in the Real ID Act of 2005 and the PASS ID. Once one can identify each and every person (the many) then one can observe their habits, intent, purpose, and behavior. In this computer era, we can even track, log, monitor, and evaluate every visible portion of their (the many) lives. Today, companies record every credit card transaction, governments record every vehicle registration, and others combine, evaluate, and permanently archive this mass influx of information.

Imagine for a moment, a mechanism so seemingly harmless and painless that every person (the many) contributes to it without even a gasp of "oh my!". Imagine a whole society of drivers who obtain drivers licenses, travelers who obtain passports, and others who obtain passport drivers licenses (the EDL). In so doing they have their facial photograph taken. Seems harmless enough. Definitely we often want to look our best, so we even comb our hair and look straight into the camera as told.

Realizing this photograph is now a permanent record, maintained by the government, and knowing we are up-standing lawful residents who can now legally drive, we seem blessed and happy to go about the remainder of our daily tasks without a care in the world.

Those laws that seemed unimportant at the time certainly are given no extra elevation of importance once we have that passport or drivers license in hand. However, that small elite collective body of agents dedicated to ensuring the elimination of a free people's society are very aware of what we've just done.

These control cronies know that you've just provided them with a biometric facial recognition image that can be used to discretely identify you, via computer, anywhere that you can be seen by a camera lens. They know that once identified, your mass of collected information could be researched, on the spot, for what ever purpose(s) they elect. Further, I realize that once they can ID me without my knowing it, that my free and private movement has been stripped from me. I acknowledge that once provided, my photograph will be permanently archived by someone and tied permanently to every transaction I have ever made. As a computer consultant, I acknowledge that computers often mismatch and incorrectly merge information and hence my photograph will most likely be associated with inaccurate information. Last but not least, I acknowledge that nearly every government and company who are keepers of such information have had their systems compromised.

By gaining stature within the framework of government, lobbying politicians, and persuading our society that all is in our best interest these slimy freaks of nature have nailed down one of the last remaining features that they need in order to instill their elitist control.

I have provided a brief overview of the summation of events which I have observed taking place today. It encapsulates the information that Mark Lerner has been telling us for years.

I urge you, no I implore you, to read the message provided by Mark Lerner. Study the documents involved and empower yourself to witness and broadcast this otherwise boring information to those you know. Mark has been on the front lines of opposition to the Real ID Act of 2005 and his message and documents have been put together in a fashion that lend themselves to ready comprehension of the chronological facts. So please do scour this material while we are still free to do so.

Thank you,

Steve Meyer
