The Stage is set for a History Making Legal Battle

General News

Norman, OK (21 July 2011) Kaye Beach went to trial today with her attorneys at her side.  In the end, charges were dismissed.

Kaye had refused to renew her driver license which, in Oklahoma, nearly conforms to the Real ID Act of 2005.  She chose to avoid losing her First, Second, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendment rights by simply refusing the drivers license.
